The Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection Report (WDIR) is completed by law by a qualified inspector on all residential and commercial properties that are being sold. The report makes note of any signs of infestation from wood-destroying insects including subterranean termites, powder post beetles, and old house borers. Additionally, carpenter ants and carpenter bees can be reported on the form. Foremost Pest & Wildlife does these inspections in the Charlotte area.
